To put it simply, Touch VPN falls short in all areas. It’s also based in the US which means it’s subject to invasive privacy laws and under the jurisdiction of the data-sharing Five Eyes alliance. Touch VPN has an overly-intrusive logging policy that collects your IP address, geo-location, and Internet Service Provider (ISP). The Windows client refuses to establish a VPN connection and the Microsoft store app leaks your DNS requests. This hasn’t led to an improvement in performance, though. Previously a mobile-only VPN, Touch VPN now supports native apps on Windows and macOS, in addition to Android and iOS.
